World Kindness Day Grant
In celebration of World Kindness Day, the Kindness Kampaign is awarding a $1,000 grant to an individual whose story reflects the power of compassion, generosity, and human connection.
We believe kindness is more than a moment — it’s a catalyst. This grant honors someone whose lived experience demonstrates how a single act of empathy can inspire lasting impact.
How to Participate:
Submit an original essay responding to our World Kindness Day prompt. One recipient will be selected based on authenticity, clarity, and the lasting ripple effect of their story.

In 750 words or fewer, share a moment when kindness—given or received—changed the direction of your life. What happened, what did it teach you, and how has it shaped the way you show up for others today?
Eligibility:
Open to individuals of all ages. Essays must be original, previously unpublished, and submitted by the deadline listed below.
Award:
One recipient will receive a $1,000 grant to support their personal, educational, or community-driven goals.
